Filo Pastries with Honey
A quick dessert.
Steps

Take two sheets of filo dough and brush the inside with melted ghee or butter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, then fold the right side in, followed by the left side.

Brush again with ghee or butter, then fold into a square and brush both the top and bottom.

In a greased skillet over low heat, brown each pastry on both sides until golden.

Place on a tray, brush with honey, and serve hot.
