Boil the corn and remove its kernels and add gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, salt and garam masala to it and mix well. Now put oil in a pan and fry the batter prepared and fry the garlic cloves and gotra along with it and serve this starter. Starter looks very nice in the pouring rain.
