Paneer Schezwan Dry Quick and Temting Chinese Starter

Take kadai. Add oil. When oil gets heated add grated garlic and saute. Then add chopped onion and saute.

When onion gets transparent add chopped capsicum and mix well. Cook both together.

When vegetables cooked properly, add Schezwan sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce and tomato sauce in it and mix well together.

Now add paneer cubes and saute for 2-3 minutes. Then add some green onion and salt. Mix it for a minute and put off the gas and put lid for a while.

Now put off the lid mix all together and Paneer Schezwan Dry is ready to serve. Garnish it with some Spring onions. Serve Hot.
