Take a non-stick deep pan and add one litre of milk. Keep it in low flame. Give a continuous mix.

After some time the milk becomes thick. Now add saffron, sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well

After adding saffron,the milk colour becomes yellow.Then add rose water and chopped nuts mix well. Tasty basundi is ready now.

Transfer the basundi to a serving bowl. Enjoy the tasty basundi in rakshabandhan.
