In bowl add boiled potato, onion, soaked poha, ginger.

Add grated Beetroot, chilli garlic paste, rice flour, chaat masalo, white pepper, salt.

Then add chopped coriender, crushed peanuts, mix it well.

Make tikki from mixture, in bowl add maida, and add water and make medium thick slurry. Dip tikki in slurry then coat it with bread crumbs.

Prepare all the tikki, then shallow fry the tikki golden brown in color.

Serve beet root tikki with tometo ketchup.
