Falafel is a Middle East dish.It is a deep fried ball made of chickpeas, cumin, garlic and some spices. Crispy from outside and flavourful from inside .Whenever I have a party at my home I make these healthy and flavourful falafel balls as starters.

Falafel is a Middle East dish.It is a deep fried ball made of chickpeas, cumin, garlic and some spices. Crispy from outside and flavourful from inside .Whenever I have a party at my home I make these healthy and flavourful falafel balls as starters.

Take an electric chopper,add chickpeas, salt,garlic,onion,black pepper,all-purpose flour, coriander leaves and cumin powder.Grind it to a coarse paste.

Preheat your Airfryer at 180 degree for 5 min.Mix baking soda into the chickpeas mixture.

Make lemon size balls and keep it in the freezer for 5 min.

Now place these falafel in the Airfryer basket.Bake it for 12 min or till it becomes crispy from outside. After 6-7 min.grease the falafel with oil and bake for 6-7 min.Bake them on 200 degree for 2-3 min. Bake all the falafel in batches.Your delicious falafel is ready to serve.Enjoy it with hummus,mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
