It is a popular , delicious stater , deep fried crunchy sweet corn kernels are tossed in spices & sauces.
Steps

Bring 5,6 cups of water to boil firstly.

Then add sweet corn & boil for 5,6 minutes with enough salt.

Once done drain from water.

Take boiled corn in a container, add 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour & 1/2 tbsp of corn flour & then mix them well.

Once it is coated evenly, add the remaining refined flour & cornflour, mixed them properly so that they should be well coated with the corn.

Be gentle while coating, use spatula for mixing.Add a generous pinch of salt, pepper powder to the flour coated corn.

The corn should be coated completely with flour & dry, as separate kernels.

Heat oil in a pan, once hot,add the corn & cover it with a lid.

Once the spluttering reduces,reduce the flame & continue frying carefully, until the corns starts turning golden in colour.

Now heat a pan with oil, then add chopped garlic, onion, ginger one by one & let them fry until fragrant.

Lower the flame, add tomato sauce, chilli sauce & soya sauce, black pepper, little salt, mix them properly.

Add chopped coriander stems, switch off the flame.Serve the delicious starter hot onna serving plate.
