First all ingredients keep ready,heat a pan add water and salt lets boile it once boiled,add sweet corn and boiled it for 1 minute.once its cooled, add in mixer jar and crush it roughly.

Add in medium size bowl crushed corn,mashed boiled potatoes,rice flour,potatoes,chilli,garlic paste grated cheese,cumin,powder,coriander powder,black pepper powder,salt and chopped coriander and mix it gently.

Combine all ingredients,divide in to equal portions,and make them round ball shape and stuff a piece of cheese,,take one small bowl add 1 tablespoon flour and add water,and make a slurry,

Deep the balls into slurry,coat it in breadcrumbs and rest it for ten minutes.heat a Kadhai,add oil,once it hot add corn cheese ball and fry it in golden brown colour on slow medium heat.garnish it with cheese and serve it with mint chatani.
