Soak green whole moong over night

Blend soomth the soaked moong with little water, green chillies and ginger.

Take oil in kadhai, add cumin rai and chopped vegetables. Ads masalas and cook for 5-10mins. This helps to remove the raw flavour of the vegetables. You can skip cooking the vegetables and add it directly.

Add the cooked vegetables, soda and salt to the moong batter, mix well and keep aside for 10mins.

Heat paniyaram pan, add little oil if needed. Pour some batter in it and cover cook from both the side till properly cooked

Remove from the pan, and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
