Gluten free healthy jowar kulcha with simple potato stuffing is a great way to enjoy a meal without any guilt.

Peel and mash potato then add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves mix everything well.

In a bowl boil 1/2 cup of water add a spoon of atta and mix it till thickens, in another bowl add jowar atta,salt,curd, baking powder and prepared jowar paste, mix everything well to knead soft dough.

Now make equal portions and spread one portion fill the stuffing cover and lightly press to give kulcha shape top with some kalonji and coriander leaves.

Heat tawa, place the prepared kulcha sprinkle some water on edges and close with a lid,cook both sides then roast on direct flame.

Apply ghee and serve hot with pickle and curd.
