In a bowl, mix jowar flour, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add oil and yogurt. Mix well.

Gradually add hot water to form a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes.

Divide dough into 8 equal balls.

Sprinkle flour, kalonji, and coriander on a board. Place a dough ball on top.

Roll into a thick round shape.

Heat a tawa on medium. Apply some water on kulcha.Cook kulcha on both sides, applying butter or ghee as needed.
Tips
For best results, ensure the dough is soft and allow it to rest before rolling. Adjust the thickness of the kulcha according to your preference.
