Ingredients

Prep time -10 mins, Cooking time -15 mins
2 servings
  1. 1small coconut grated
  2. 1medium size potato washed, peeled, cut into small cubes
  3. 1-2green chillies slit
  4. 1 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/8 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. 1/2 tspPanchphoron
  8. 1 Tbspmustard oil
  9. Serve with steamed rice, lime wedge and green chilli

Steps

Prep time -10 mins, Cooking time -15 mins
  1. 1

    Grate the coconut and Wash, peel, cut the potatoes into small cubes

    In a pan heat oil, add Panchphoron and slit green chillies, stir for 2-3 seconds, add potatoes, stir for 2 mins.

    Add grated coconut, stir, add turmeric powder, salt, sugar and mix, add adequate water to cook covered until potatoes are cooked, consistency should be dry

    Plate with rice and lime wedges, green chilli and enjoy 😊
