Narkol or Coconut Chorchori - for lunch in Thakurbari style

#CA2025
Purnima Tagore in her book ‘Thakurbarir Ranna’ talks about Narkol or Coconut Chorchori. It’s so unique in taste and flavour. Chorchori is an integral part of Bengali Cuisine and is made in different styles both veg and non veg. I chose this recipe and it’s a hit. It’s dry in consistency and little fried in texture, goes best with steamed rice which is how I plated
