Ingredients

  • 50 gChana flour
  • 50 gJowar flour
  • 50 gBarley flour
  • 2 tbspOnion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbspFresh coriander (chopped)
  • 1 tspGinger (grated)
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspFlaxseed
  • as neededWater

    Mix all flours, onion, coriander, ginger, cumin, salt, and flaxseed in a bowl.

    Gradually add water to form a soft dough.

    Divide into 2 balls and roll each into a flat disc.

    Cook on a hot pan until both sides are golden and cooked through.
