Sabudana Kheer (Royal Feast in a Bowl)

Sabudana kheer is a dessert that feels like peace served in a bowl. The tiny pearls slowly bloom in milk, turning soft and silky as they soak up gentle flavours of cardamom and saffron. With every stir, it grows thicker, creamier, and more irresistible — finished with a sprinkle of roasted nuts that add just the right amount of crunch.
It’s the kind of sweet that doesn’t shout; it speaks softly — leaving behind a lingering warmth, a calm smile, and a quiet urge for “just one more spoon”.
