Vrat ka Paratha

A special vrat ka paratha made with homemade atta .
Steps

Lightly roast sabudana, peanuts, varai cool and grind it to powder with coconut bura.

Transfer the powder to a bowl add salt, black salt, chillies, chilli powder, grated the boiled potato, curd, and curry leaves chopped mix everything and knead the dough adding enough water.

Now take a portion of the dough and roll it lightly cut it with a small plate for a clean round shape,fry both sides applying oil or ghee..

Delicious vrat ka paratha is ready, served with chutney..
