Wash rice, soak in water for 1 hr, strain it, transfer it to a deep bottom pan, in goes salt & oil. Add in good amount of water, boil it, place it on the flame, boil it, cook it until 90% cooked, strain it, keep aside.

Take a wok, add ghee, heat it. In goes dalchini, choti elaichi & jeera, let it splutter.

Dice paneer, add in the masala along with matar & green chilli, stir fry it for a minute. Add lil salt.

In goes cooked rice, stir fry it for a minute. Sprinkle garam masala powder, mix it well.

Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl or dish, garnish it with chopped dhania patta...
