First of all dry roast gram dal, peanut and sesame seeds.

As it comes to room temperature make coarse powder of gram dal and peanut.

Now in a pan take oil and as it gets hot add salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder and asafoetida
- 4
Mix well and saute for 2 - 5 minutes. As it mixes well turn off the gas.

Add aamchur powder and powder sugar after switch off the gas. Store in an airtight container we can use it for 15 days.
