Beetroot and Gramflour/Oatsflour pancakes

First, dry roast oats for 2-3 minutes, allow to cool. Then grind to make a flour.

Boil or preesure cook beetroot and grind along with ginger, cumin, green chilli to make a paste. keep aside.

Now in a mixer jar, add powdered oats, beetroot paste, salt and little amount of water to make a smooth pouring batter. Also, add 1 teaspoon of gram flour in a batter and mix well.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add a laddleful of batter to spread in a circular way. Cook from both the sides and it is ready.
