Healthy Moong Dal/Split yellow Lentils Cutlets

Steps

Soak moong dal in sufficient water overnight, then drain.Blend soaked dal into a coarse paste (no water or very little). Mix dal paste with vegetables, onion, chili, ginger, capsicum, carrots.

Add rice flour, salt and spices. Mix well.

Shape mixture into round cutlets and shallow fry from both sides.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry cutlets on both sides until golden. Ready to serve.
Tips
For extra flavor, you can add chopped coriander leaves or a pinch of garam masala to the mixture.
