Steps

Dry roast poha till crisp, then grind it with cashews almonds and coconut till nice powder.

Heat ghee add jagarry and melt it then add milk powder and poha mixture combine everything well..

Grease modak mould add dry fruit slices and add the poha mixture press it to the shape.
- 4
Poha modak is ready for Bappa.
