Malabar spinach, dal curry

Take moong dal and toor dal and keep aside.

Clean spinach with plain water nicely. Chop the onion, tomato, green chillies and spinach.

Keep a kadai dry roast the moong dal. Then clean both dals add into a pot. Then add water,oil and turmeric powder. Cook well till the dal smash nicely.

Then add chopped spinach, green chillies,onion,salt and tomato.

Mix well and cook for five minutes.Close with lid.Give a nice mix.

Then give a seasoning with ghee, mustard, cumin seeds,red chilli. Pour into the cooked spinach dal. Transfer to a serving bowl.

Enjoy the dal with spinach curry with rice chapati and roti.
