Cut eggplants.

This is Rangemate レンジメイト。

Sprinkle sesame oil and microwave for 4 minutes with 600w.

Flip the eggplant over and microwave again for 3 minutes with 600w.

Mix all sauce ingredients and put eggplants.

Put chili powder to taste.
