Today i made breakfast from mosambi chana (which is slight big from desi chana)

Today i made breakfast from mosambi chana (which is slight big from desi chana)

Soak mosambi chana overnight.

Another day morning pressure cook for five whistles.

In a mixer grinder jar add chopped onion, garlic cloves ginger piece,coriander leaves and grind coarsely.

Heat a pan.Add oil.Add crushed masala, salt,coriander powder, turmeric powder, chole masala, cook till masala separates oil.

Add cooked chana and little water. Cook for five minutes and turn off the gas.

Transfer into serving bowl and decorate with onion rings and lemon.
