  • Salt
  • Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the onion

  2. 2

    Pre heat the saucepan

  3. 3

    Put your maini and the chopped onion

  4. 4

    Season with salt

  5. 5

    Put little water to prevent the liver from 'kushika saucepan'

  6. 6

    Cook for maximum 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Serve with ugali,rice or chapatis
