Steps

Mix the meat with chilli, coriander, garam masala, salt and turmeric powders, mix well till the meat is uniformly coated with the mixture

Add curd to above and mix well, keep aside for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes cook it in low flame

While the meat is cooking, in another stove saute sliced shallots, chopped ginger, garlic and curry leaves

Once the meat is cooked, add the sauteed mix to it

Once it boils turn the stove off and keep aside

Garnish with curry leaves
