Pac Choi with garlic
A great and quick alternative to rice or noodles. I served mine with Chinese sticky pork by Lesley Rigden. The total meal including prep took less than 5 mins

Trim off the root end of the Pac Choi.

Separate the leaves and cut each leaf in half lengthwise, wash the leaves under cold running water and set aside. Chop the garlic clove into small pieces

In a large pan or wok heat the peanut oil until smoking, add the garlic and stir for about 30 seconds
- 4
Add the pac Choi to the pan and stir fry for about 2 mins until the leaves start to wilt and serve.
