Ingredients

Serves 6 servings
  • 18 ozpasta (about 500g)
  • 18 ozbeef meatballs (about 500g)
  • 1zucchini
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 cupshredded Swiss cheese (about 3.5 oz or 100g)
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupheavy cream (about 100ml)

    Dice the zucchini and sauté it in a skillet with a little oil.

  2. 2

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, then drain.

  3. 3

    Brown the meatballs in a skillet.

  4. 4

    Dice the tomatoes.

  5. 5

    Beat the eggs and mix them with the heavy cream.

  6. 6

    Combine the pasta, zucchini, meatballs, and tomatoes in a baking dish.

  7. 7

    Pour the egg and cream mixture over everything, then sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese.

  8. 8

    Bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes until golden.
