Steps

Wash and soak dalia & Mix dal.

Wash and chopped carrot, potato, tomato onion. Wash all vegetables.

Heat oil in a cooker. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida curry leaves, bay leaf, cloves red chilli and cinnamon.

Add cut all vegetables and saute for 2 minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder.

Add garam masala, salt and green chilli ginger garlic paste. Add washed mix dal and dalia.

Give a nice mix. Add 4 cup of water. Stir well. Cover the lid and make 3 Whistles. Let cooker cool. Open the lid. Serve Dalia vegetable khichdi with curd. It's a delicious dinner recipe.

Tips
In vegetable Dalia khichdi if we use green moong dal and tuver dal it's make more healthy.
