Creamy Chicken Pasta

Steps

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 0.5 cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.

Heat olive oil or butter in a pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add chicken cubes, season with salt, and cook until white or golden.

Add onions and sauté until soft and slightly golden.

Pour in chicken stock and heavy cream. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Add chili flakes, black pepper, paprika, and adjust salt. Stir in cheese until melted.

Add pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed.

Garnish with parsley or coriander and serve hot.
