Lemon & Basil Chicken Bites

I often make these Chicken Bites using Shiso. However, Shiso is not easy to find for many people. It is impossible for me to buy it from stores, so I grow Shiso at home. Anyway, this recipe is easy for everyone because it uses Basil, dry OR fresh. Today I used Dry Basil, but you can use fresh ones from your garden. As the mixture is too soft to roll, you cook these bites just like making small pancakes.

Steps
- 1
Combine all ingredients very well. Heat a small amount of Oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 2
This Chicken mixture is very soft and sticky. As it is difficult to roll into balls, use a spoon to drop bite-size balls on the frying pan. Cook the balls until both sides are nicely browned and cooked though.
