First, place the peppers in the oven for 20 minutes.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Add the diced carrots and fry with the onion for another 5 minutes, then add the greens.

Add the bulgur, spices, salt, pepper, coriander, and 300g water. Simmer with the lid on for 15 minutes over medium heat.

Peel the peppers and remove the cores, then fill them with our filling.

Cut the mozzarella into strips and spread them over the peppers as shown in the photo. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Done.
