Red gravy punjabi premix

#mybestrecipe #Hetalben #punjabi #quick #bachelor #lunch #party
Making pre-mix is a great way of preparing for the punjabi curry in advance. It avoids all the cutting/grating/grinding at the time of making the curry. Delicious curry can be made in a jiffy when the pre-mix is handy. It's a blessing for the Bachelors or for an amateur cook.
1 cup premix powder can make curry for 4-5 people when consumed the same with rice and paratha both.
