In a large skillet heat some olive oil on low heat…….

Add in your raw bratwurst and cook until bratwurst are golden, remove from skillet and place cooked bratwurst on a separate plate……..Cook in batches if necessary……..

Next add into your skillet your sliced onions, peppers, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder and cook for about 10 minutes or until veggies are tender…….

Cut up your cooked bratwurst into pieces, then add back into your skillet with your 1/3 cup red wine and cook, stirring frequently, until wine has been reduced…….

Add into your skillet your pasta sauce and water, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, partially covered, stirring frequently……Skim off any excess oil from skillet……

Serve with bread or your favorite pasta topped with Parmesan cheese and enjoy 😉!!!!!!
