Mince the garlic.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add half of the mince garlic and fry until golden brown, making sure not to burn. Set aside.

With the remaining oil in the pan, add the other half of the garlic and fry until lightly golden.

Add the rice and mix. Fry for about 1-2 minutes, making sure the garlic doesn't burn. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Heat up 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry egg(s) however you like. Season with salt and pepper.

Plate with Kat's lemongrass pork. Garnish the rice with the extra fried garlic. Best served with a side of cane vinegar.
