Soak shrimp in lemon juice and water for 15 minutes.

Lay out bacon slices and sprinkle each with sugar and Cavender’s seasoning.

Place a shrimp on each bacon slice, roll up, and secure with a toothpick.

Sprinkle more Cavender’s seasoning over the rolled shrimp.

Cook on a preheated Blackstone griddle until bacon is crisp and shrimp are cooked through. Or...

Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp by placing the shrimp on an air fryer tray.

Cook at 400°F for 5-6 minutes.

Open the air fryer, flip each shrimp, and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

The shrimp is ready when the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Tips
For extra crispiness, cook the bacon on medium-high heat and flip occasionally.
