Today I have made a tasty delicious healthy breakfast recipe. It's made with halin seeds, fruits and oats. It's very easy, quick simple recipe.
Steps

First dry roast the oats for 2-3 minutes on low heat, till it turns gold brown and fragrant. Now add milk, mix it and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes or till oats are cooked. Keep aside for cool down. Arrenge all ingredients in one place as shown in fig.

Take a grinder jar add, all ingredients except soaked Halim seeds and blend it into a smooth puree. Smoothie is ready.

Pour the smoothie into the bowl, add soaked halim seeds, mix it properly.

Now pour prepared halim seeds smoothie into the serving bowl and garnish with soaked halim seeds, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds and serve it.
