Preheat the oven to 325°F. Lightly grease an 8 x 8 baking dish and line with parchment paper and set aside. Heat the oil in a pan gently, add the chocolate chips, and on low heat, stir till the chocolate is completely melted.

In a big enough bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

Whisk together the eggs, water, sugar, and vanilla.

Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture. Mix well.
