A quick and easy dessert we all love! You can make it with nuts and cinnamon or with mahalabia (milk pudding) and cinnamon, topped with a drizzle of syrup... delicious to the last bite.

My city has been quite hot these days. So I wanted to make something refreshing and cool in the afternoon. Mangoes are in season and I prefer to use arumanis or gedong mangoes for that. Any sweet mangoes that you can find in the market should be okay. You can also use juice sold in tetra paks or bottles.

My grandparents always have aam raas and mudhi in this season, so I have tried to twist a little in this recipe, by making it sweet and sour pancake along with mudhi or Murmura or puffed rice. Mango Mastani is one of the most finest and famous drink from pune city. Thick Mango shake topped with Vanilla or Mango flavoured ice cream and some dry fruit. Pune city is famous for it.              'Sujata mastani' is famous shop for Mastani special in Camp area in Pune,  it also have branches in pune city . This is one of my favourite dessert and my family also love it. I'm glad to share very delicious recipe with you.
