1️⃣ Make the Batter
1. Drain soaked moong dal.

2. Grind it with ginger, green chilli, turmeric, and salt into a smooth batter using little water.

3. The batter should be similar to dosa consistency — not too thick or runny.

2️⃣ Prepare the Stuffing
1. Heat a tsp of oil in a pan.

2. Add chopped garlic and onions, sauté till light pink.

3. Add capsicum, grated carrot, and mashed potato.

4. Mix in garam masala, red chilli powder, and salt.

5. Cook for 2–3 minutes. Let it cool slightly.

3️⃣ Make the Chilla
1. Heat a non-stick tawa.

2. Pour a ladleful of moong dal batter and spread it like a dosa.

3. Drizzle a few drops of oil around.

4. Cook one side till golden.

5. Spread a spoonful of stuffing on one half, fold, and cook for a few more seconds.

Serve hot with green chutney, tomato ketchup, or curd.
You can also sprinkle some chaat masala or grated cheese on top for extra flavor. 😋
