Steps
- 1
Prepare all the ingredients and roast coriander, fennel, sesame seeds, and curry spices.
- 2
Also, heat a teaspoon of oil and roast the gram flour.
- 3
Now, once it has cooled, mix the flour and spices with the roasted spices and grind them
- 4
Now mix maida and gram flour to make a dough, add turmeric and salt to it and add ghee and oil mixture.
- 5
Now knead the dough into a medium dough, cover it with a cloth for a while, and then make a paste of the soaked tamarind pulp.
- 6
Now that the spices, flour, and paste are all ready, we will knead the flour, shape it into balls, and give it a round shape.
- 7
Now apply the paste in the middle of it and keep the space around it dry. Add water to the masala and set the masala by using your hands and apply water to the dry space with the help of your fingers.
- 8
Now roll it into a tight roll, add water in between, and when the roll becomes tight, cut it with the help of a knife.
- 9
Now, flatten the middle slightly, prepare all the bhakharvadi and fry on medium heat.
- 10
This is how your mini bhakharvadi is prepared, which is very crunchy and tasty in taste.
Tips
This bhakhavadi does not go bad for a long time and the taste is also very good.
