  4. 1 inchGinger
  5. 1/2 cupCurd
  6. Salt to taste
  7. For Red Pepper chutney
  8. 5-7 peppers
  9. 4-5garlic cloves
  10. 1 tspCumin seeds
  11. 1 tspCoriander powder
  12. 1/2lemon juice
  13. leavesChopped Coriander for garnish
  14. Pinchturmeric powder
  15. For Tadka:
  16. 1 tsp Oil,
  17. Mustard seeds,
  18. cumin seeds,
  19. sesame seeds,
  20. 2 slit green chillies
  21. few curry leaves
  22. 1 tspEno
  23. Oil to grease and tadka

    For Muffins:Take all the ingredients for grinding

    Take a grinder jar and grind the peeled and chopped Bottlegourd along Curd, Semolina,chillies and ginger one after each

    Add pinch of turmeric powder and prepare smooth batter,rest for 10 minutes minimum

    For Red Pepper 🌶️ chutney :Chopped the pepper and garlic cloves add salt Cumin seeds,Red chilli powder and coriander powder and grind them into fine paste

    Add 1 tsp Eno over the Batter while preparing,Now Prepare the Muffins in the Steamer Pan,grease the Steel bowls and pour the batter and steam in pre heated steamer for 10-12 minutes 😊
