Maggi cheese wrapped in kathi kebabs ,a quick snack for a Diwali party & loved by both kids & adults.
Steps

Take a bowl and add all the ingredients (except oil) & using a spatula smashed it all into a smooth mixture.

Mix the refined flour and cornflour with 6 tbsp water or as required, pepper, salt to make a batter.

Divide the batter into two bowls, in one bowl mix beetroot juice, in another bowl mix spinach juice.

Take a lemon size ball & shape it into a pichkari, wrap it with a tape like long cheese & then wrap it with boiled long maggi strips.

Then dip one pichkari into the beetroot flour batter & another into spinach flour batter, then stick the raw broken maggi pieces over it.

Heat a frying pan, add oil & fry the Maggi cheese wrapped katha kebabs till crunchy & brown.

Enjoy the delicious hot maggi cheesy kathi kebabs with maggi tomato ketchup.
