Easy and quick for a Sunday breakfast or any day actually. You can also add lots of veggies and seasoning to your likings.

Crack eggs into a bowl, add water, and beat well.

Mix in cheese, black pepper, sesame oil, and salt.

Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat and lightly oil it.

Pour a thin layer of egg mixture, let it set, then roll to one side.

Add more egg mixture, lift the rolled egg to let it flow underneath, and roll again.

Repeat until all egg mixture is used and a log shape is formed.

Remove from pan, let cool slightly, and slice into pieces.
Tips
For a fluffier texture, beat the eggs well and ensure the pan is not too hot when cooking.
