Blueberry Lassi

Boil blueberries with sugar until soft, then let cool.

Grind the cooled blueberry mixture until smooth.

Add buttermilk and grind again until well combined. Add 1 tsp of jeera powder.

Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
Tips
For a thicker lassi, you can reduce the amount of buttermilk or add a bit of yogurt.
