This recipe is very famous in Maharashtra as Guamba means sour ,sweet and spicy mango chutney which can be taken with chapati or rice .It is very tasty and easy to make.

Clean raw mango and then peel the skin.Cut the mango into small cubes and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a sauce pan. Add mustard seeds, jeera,fennel seeds, and allow it to splutter.Add hing, red chilli powder,tumeric and mix well. Add the mango pieces and mix well.

Add salt and grated jaggery and cook for 10 mins on slow flame.

Once the mango pieces are soft,remove from flame and allow it to cool.

Serve it with chapati or rice.
