First upon gently warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Now add in the milk - turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, grated ginger, and black pepper powder. Continue to whisk until the spices are fully combined and the mixture is a vibrant yellow color.

Bring the milk to a gentle simmer for 5–10 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse. Do not let it boil vigorously.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and add honey or maple syrup and stir milk until dissolved.

For a smoother texture, strain the milk through a fine-mesh sieve into your mug.

Now our very healthy Turmeric Milk is ready for serve. Serve warm, perhaps with a sprinkle of extra cinnamon on top.
