Steps
- 1
Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Transfer half the batter into a bowl. For a white-colored pancake. Now add cocoa powder, and mix well.
- 2
Heat a non-stick pan on a slow flame. Pour some batter into a piping bag or squeeze bottle.
- 3
Draw a spiderweb pattern on the pan with the batter. Once set, gently pour more batter to fill the web, keeping the spider shapes visible.
- 4
Use the same or a slightly thicker batter to draw spiders on the web (make a small circle for the body and lines for legs). Cook slowly until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
- 5
Serve with powdered sugar and garnish with chocolate syrup. Or you can enjoy simple as it is..
Tips
For best results, keep the flame low to ensure the web pattern cooks evenly without burning.
