Put 2 tbsp oil in a pan

Put the chopped onions and fry till soft

Add the chopped tomatoes and stir.

Then add salt stir.

Then add the two brokeneggs and stir stir.

Add the chopped capsicum and fry for a few minutes.
7

Then serve hot with ugali.
