Grilled spicy fish
I like spicy food and fish is a favorite anytime.
Steps

Clean and pat dry fish, put in a bowl with all 3/4 of the ingredients and oil

Cover and leave to marinate for 2 hours.

Grease foil paper or put fish and marinade in it, wrap fish up and put on the grill.

The heat will cook the fish through and after 30 mins, remove from foil and transfer to grill and paste with marinate till fish flakes when toothpick is inserted.

Add remaining ingredients to marinate,fry to reduce. And add alongside fish to give an extra zing.
