Cooking Instructions

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the bag.

As the pasta is cooking, place the kidney beans, tomatoes, celery and chilli in a saucepan with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar over the top and cook for a few minutes.

Drain the pasta when it’s ready and then stir it into the kidney bean mixture with the olive oil.

Season to taste and add the parmesan over the top.
